The NCJLA will be sending three traveling teams this year to Festival and National Championship Tournaments.

Practices will start the week of February 1, 2010.

Below is a preliminary practice schedule for all teams. These times and fields are subject to change when or if we secure more practice fields once our season begins.

Please check the RVLC Weather Hotline 2 hours prior to practice for cancellations due to weather.

2010 Practice Schedules

If you have a daughter interested in the growing sport of lacrosse we highly recommend the Ross Recreation Spring Lacrosse program for those new to the sport. Starting at a less competitive, skill based program will strengthen the players understanding of the sport in a more relaxed environment. The players we receive from this program are better suited to the longer practice times and higher level of play required at the U11 and U13 level.

Games for the 2010 season will start the weekend of March 13th and 14th. The championships will be held on the weekend of May 22nd & 23rd.
